BCMPweb Support Policy
- BCMPweb is based in Auckland
- BCMPweb runs all its own servers these are also in Auckland. The
main reason we do this is so that we can provide efficient cost
effective services and support this is because we set up the servers to
do what you need so we know how they work. Worst case scenario we can
go and physically do things to the machines if that is what is
required.
- We make our technical people available to you, that is, when you send an email to us (support@bcmpweb.com) you will get hold of someone that understands how things work what the options are and can advise/fix the issue.
- We provide support on a best efforts basis, that is, when you have a problem we make our best effort to solve the problem as fast as we can. Because we do not run a call centre that just logs jobs (like larger ISPs) this often means faster turn around times.
